Luxury Residence

This residence was designed around a dramatic double height living room, transforming the home’s central space into a bright, welcoming, and sophisticated gathering area.
The goal was to create a modern interior that feels elegant without sacrificing comfort.

The design focused on enhancing the home’s architecture while maintaining a clean and cohesive aesthetic.
A soft neutral palette, custom millwork, carefully selected lighting, and sculptural furniture work together to emphasize the height and openness of the space.

Every material and finish was thoughtfully chosen to create warmth, balance, and timeless appeal.
From the custom fireplace feature wall to the statement pendant lighting and curved furnishings, each element contributes to a harmonious design that feels both luxurious and inviting.

The result is a home that blends architectural presence with everyday comfort creating a refined space designed to be lived in, not just admired.

Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the project covered 3,200 square feet of living space, with the double-height living room, dining area, kitchen and entry treated as one continuous composition. Our scope ran from space planning and interior architecture to the final styling: the fireplace feature wall and the built-in millwork were drawn by our studio and detailed for the fabricator, the lighting plan layers a sculptural pendant with concealed architectural light, and every piece of furniture was sourced or custom made to suit the scale of the room.
