L’Essence d’Epure is a luxury residential interior design studio in Las Vegas. We design full-home renovations, new-construction interiors and single rooms for families who want a home that is calm, functional and timeless rather than of the moment. Every project starts with how you actually live, and we stay involved from the first layout to the last styled shelf.
Complete redesign of existing Las Vegas homes: new layouts, interior architecture, kitchens, bathrooms, finishes and furnishings, coordinated with your contractor from demolition to move-in.
Working with your architect and builder while the plans are still on paper, so electrical, lighting, millwork and finishes are designed as one, not corrected later.
Cabinetry, stone, appliances, lighting and hardware planned around how you cook and gather, with complete drawings and specifications for fabrication.
Bedrooms, dressing rooms and spa-style bathrooms with layered lighting, custom storage and materials chosen to feel quiet and last for years.
Rooms designed to grow with the child: built-in storage planned first, soft durable materials, and a palette that stays timeless. See our girl’s nursery and boy’s nursery in Las Vegas.
Sourcing and custom furniture, rugs, window treatments, art and accessories, purchased and installed by our studio so the finished home reads as one composition.
Feature walls, built-ins, vanities, ceiling details and bespoke furniture drawn to the millimeter and detailed for your fabricator.
