Wellness Spa- Washington

Designed from an empty shell, this project required a complete transformation from space planning to the final styling.
Every decision was made to create a clinic that feels calm, luxurious, and effortlessly welcoming.

The project began with developing a detailed floor plan that maximized functionality while maintaining a seamless patient experience.
We carefully planned the layout of every treatment room, the reception area, consultation spaces, and circulation throughout the clinic to ensure both efficiency and comfort.

Throughout the construction process, we worked closely with the contractor and every trade involved, overseeing each stage to ensure the design vision was executed with precision.
From custom millwork and architectural details to lighting, finishes, and material selections, every element was thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and timeless environment.

The result is a modern wellness clinic where functionality meets elegance.

The clinic occupies 2,100 square feet and was delivered in 2025 from bare shell to opening day. Our scope covered space planning, interior architecture, custom millwork, lighting design, finishes and furniture, as well as coordination with the contractor and trades through construction. As with every commercial project, the work started with a site visit and a conversation about the brand, the treatments offered and how patients should feel from the front door to the treatment room. A detailed rendering was approved before construction began, so the owners knew exactly what they were building.
