Luxury Texas Residence

Designed around an open floor plan overlooking the pool, this residence was created to feel bright, connected, and effortlessly elegant. Every space flows naturally into the next, creating a home that feels both refined and inviting.

The client’s vision was a modern home defined by a soft, neutral palette and timeless materials. Rather than following trends, the focus was on creating a cohesive design with clean lines, warm textures, and carefully curated finishes.

Every element was selected to bring balance and harmony to the space from the architectural details to the material palette resulting in a home that feels luxurious, functional, and built to last.

The Texas residence was designed from our Las Vegas studio, with site visits at the key stages and video meetings in between. The project began with a conversation about how the family lives, cooks and spends time around the pool, followed by a proposal for the scope of work. We planned the open floor plan and the sightlines to the outdoors first, then produced a detailed rendering the clients approved before anything was ordered, and finally selected the stone, wood, textiles and lighting as one palette. Working this way means a home in Texas receives the same attention as a residence in Las Vegas. L’Essence d’Epure designs luxury homes and commercial spaces across the United States.
